Leverhulme House is a Grade II listed manor house converted into the 9 flats and 2 houses in the 1990's. The brief was to create a contemporary home in a mixed style between a Parisian and New York apartment retaining a nod to the heritage features with an emphasis on modern, light filled spaces. As the move was to be a downsize from a large detached family home, each space had to accommodate multiple uses whilst maintaining quality and luxury.

From our clients: "Having worked with Charlton Brown previously on the full refurbishment and extension of our family home, we returned to them years later for a second project which has recently completed. We are again thrilled with the result and very pleased with the way in which Charlton Brown led the design vision whilst assisting us in delivering our own FF&E design. This collaboration meant we were inspired, guided and supported. The result is a beautiful home designed with us which is exactly what we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of our first and second project with Charlton Brown and were delighted with their service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
