    Masterplanning & Urban Design

    Charlton Brown led the masterplanning and urban design of Tresham Garden Village, a project Highly Commended at the Planning Awards 2019. We have experience working with a range of stakeholders to inform the masterplanning process ensuring a holistic approach to designing new communities and public spaces. Our approach has been praised by many including Homes England and Lord Matthew Taylor, who is shaping ideas on future Garden Villages and sustainable communities.

    Interior Design & FF&E

    Our in-house interior design team work collaboratively to deliver inspiring, beautiful spaces. Our interiors are as unique as the individuals they are made for, created with passion and never compromising on high quality. We work closely with our Clients to achieve environments that are truly home for them. We can also apply the same principles to creating full scheme interiors for multi unit schemes that inspire and delight.

    Virtual Reality

    We work closely with a Virtual Reality technology firm to bring designs to life. Whether Clients are local, frequent travellers or located on the other side of the world we can connect them with the design journey to see how the project is evolving and even enabling them to make decisions informed by the VR model. We also organise 3D printed models of staircases, rooms or whole buildings.
