We offer the complete range of architectural and interior design services, from feasibility and planning to delivery. Our focus is high quality residential design, be it new buildings or sensitive heritage projects. We enjoy new challenges too.

Unique design responses
For us, each project requires its own solution. Each project has its own client, design brief, budget and timeframe - each of our designs is a unique response. This may be the restoration of a listed building with contemporary additions; mid-century interior design; a Passivhaus; or a new Palladian-style country house.
Underlying high-quality design is the management of a complex process. We utilise our experience and our well-established management tools to control budget and timeframe.

We enjoy working with new people and also have a network of trusted consultants with whom we work regularly. We can put together your team if required.

We are passionate about high quality design regardless of scale. Typical budgets for bespoke homes range from £1m to £15m.

Masterplanning
Existing clients have asked to bring our rigorous approach to masterplanning projects. Tresham Garden Village will be built between 2020 and 2030 and will provide new homes for 5000 people.
